The President and Executive Committee of FEG
The European Federation of Tourist Guide Associations (FEG) and the European Network for Accessible Tourism (ENAT) are delighted to announce that we’ll be running two T-GUIDE courses this year.
This 4-stage course and certification offered to certified tourist guides across Europe aims for them to acquire knowledge on a range of conditions that often manifest in learning difficulties and how to apply such knowledge to preparing and guiding visitors during our tours.
The two T-GUIDE courses will be offered face-to-face during the low season on the 1st & 2nd December in Nicosia, Cyprus in English by our FEG accredited T-GUIDE trainers, Viola Lewis and Efi Kalampoukidou to tourist guides from various countries and on the 12th & 13th December in Porto, Portugal in Portuguese by our FEG accredited T-GUIDE trainer, Maria Joao Moreira to the local tourist guides.
The 1st e-learning stage has already started and participants are eager to proceed with their next learning stages.
When candidate guides have successfully completed their portfolios, they will be awarded a FEG & ENAT Certificate of Competence and this will be publicised on the websites of ENAT and FEG.
T-GUIDE training and certification started back in 2016 as the result of a Leonardo EU-funded project between ENAT and FEG.
